Seasafe Homes builds elevated coastal and waterfront homes across Florida’s Gulf Coast. Our team combines construction experience, coastal engineering, finance, design, and field execution to guide homeowners from planning through completion.
At Seasafe Homes, our mission is clear, build stronger, faster, and elevated homes for Florida’s coastal communities. Founded by seasoned coastal builders with decades of combined experience, our team has led the construction of over 600 single-family homes, including post-hurricane rebuilds and large-scale developments. We know what it takes to build in flood zones, high-wind coastal areas, and FEMA-regulated environments—and we’ve built our process around those unique challenges.
We specialize in elevated coastal construction. Homes with living space sections engineered to a 180 MPH wind rating and designed for flood-zone conditions. Every Seasafe Home is built on a solid concrete and steel foundation with coastal-grade detailing for long-lasting performance and peace of mind.
Our proprietary Two-Site Construction method, building your elevated concrete and steel foundation onsite while living spaces are carefully built offsite, cuts months off traditional build times. This “Faster, Stronger, Elevated” approach means homes can be completed in six months or less after permits are issued, reducing homeowner displacement and storm vulnerability without compromising quality. Typically the building timeline is 6 to 8 months from permit issuance to certificate of occupancy.
Seasafe Homes is led by a leadership team with deep experience in coastal residential construction and delivery. Our team brings together expertise across:
Elevated coastal home construction and FEMA compliance
Engineering coordination and large-scale project oversight
Permitting, inspections, and regulatory navigation
Client onboarding, design planning, and build-site coordination
Curated interior and exterior finish packages designed to simplify decisions
Seasafe manages the full building process thoughtfully, deliberately, and methodically—from early planning and engineering through permitting, construction, final inspections, and Certificate of Occupancy. This integrated approach allows homeowners to work with a single, accountable team from start to finish.
Our work has received local and national recognition for resilient coastal housing, including acknowledgments from community leaders such as Florida State Senator Nick DiCeglie and Florida House Representative Berny Jacques, as well as features with Spectrum Bay News 9 and HGTV’s 100 Day Dream Home.
Seasafe Homes is also a purpose-driven company. Twenty percent of net profits are directed toward mission-related work and community projects, both locally and globally. When you build with Seasafe, you are investing in a coastal home designed for long-term performance—and supporting a company committed to making a measurable impact beyond the job site.
Seasafe Homes builds coastal homes that are faster, stronger, and elevated for storm resilience. We are led by purpose and built to last.
